Ellen Dyal

Combining an exquisite sense of style with a proven business background, Ellen Dyal is a uniquely well-rounded interior designer.  Ellen has a natural eye for design and an innate ability to guide her clients in determining what they want. Coupled with her commitment to deliver on time and on budget, Ellen has successfully built an interior design business solely on referrals and repeat clientele. Ellen’s hands-on approach, complimented by her specially selected team of skilled craftsmen, gives her clients a high-quality customer service experience and gorgeous living spaces.

Ellen studied Interior Design at Florida State College. She began her interior design consulting business in 1995, and made it her full-time career in 2005. 

She is also a graduate of Boston University, where she previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She worked as a Certified Public Accountant for 20 years and continues to maintain her CPA certification.

Ellen is a board member of Patrons of the Hearts, a Jacksonville charity associated with Wolfson Children’s Hospital, and is actively involved in the Northeast Florida Building Association Remodeler’s Council and Women’s Business Owners of North Florida. Ellen was recently honored by the Northeast Florida Building Association as winner of the 2011 First Coast Remodeler’s Award for Planning and Design: Whole House.

Raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Ellen has lived in Jacksonville since 1983. She and her husband, Howard, have two grown daughters.
